PORCHETTA

STEP 1

Pre heat oven at 200 degree Celsius 
 

STEP 2 

Roast at 180 degree Celsius for about 45 minutes 


STEP 3

Remove from oven and rest for 15 minutes

PORK BELLY ROAST (Skin On and Scored) AND
PORK RACK ROAST (Skin On and
 Scored)

Pre-Cooking Procedures:
1. Remove meat from pack
2. Pat dry meat
3. Place in refrigerator overnight (uncovered)

STEP 1

Season skin with salt only

(Optional - Season meat area with preferred marinate of your choice)


STEP 2 

Pre heat oven at 220 degree Celsius 

STEP 3 

Roast at 200 degree Celsius for about 25 minutesFurther roast at 230 degree Celsius for about 15 minutes or until crackled


STEP 4

Remove from oven and rest for 15 minutes

Roast at 180 degree Celsius for about 20-25 minutes

Remove from oven and rest for 15 minutes

Sear surfaces of lamb rack till brown

 

STEP 2
