STEP 1
Pre heat oven at 200 degree Celsius

Roast at 180 degree Celsius for about 45 minutes

Remove from oven and rest for 15 minutes

Pre-Cooking Procedures:
1. Remove meat from pack
2. Pat dry meat
3. Place in refrigerator overnight (uncovered)

Pre heat oven at 220 degree Celsius
STEP 3
Roast at 200 degree Celsius for about 25 minutes. Further roast at 230 degree Celsius for about 15 minutes or until crackled

Remove from oven and rest for 15 minutes

Roast at 180 degree Celsius for about 20 minutes

Pre heat oven at 200 degree Celsius

Sear surfaces of lamb rack till brown
STEP 2
Pre heat oven at 200 degree Celsius
STEP 3
Roast at 180 degree Celsius for about 20 minutes
STEP 4
Remove from oven and rest for 10 minutes
