Procurement Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in product sourcing, price negotiation and other administration

  • To provide related information, cost sheet preparation, evaluation and responsible for whole procurment process

  • Follow up order and assist in inventory control

  • Communicate with suppliers and assist to monitor product quality

  • Prepare procurement analysis and reports

  • Work closely with varies departments for procurement process, pricing administration and other furnishing projects

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above qualification or equivalent experience in business administration or a related disciplines

  • At least 1 years relevant working experience preferable

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Work independently, well-organized, able to work under pressure and multi-tasks

  • Fresh graduate will also be considered

  • Immediate available is preferred
