Procurement Assistant
Responsibilities:

To assist in product sourcing, price negotiation and other administration
-
To provide related information, cost sheet preparation, evaluation and responsible for whole procurment process
-
Follow up order and assist in inventory control
-
Communicate with suppliers and assist to monitor product quality
-
Prepare procurement analysis and reports
-
Work closely with varies departments for procurement process, pricing administration and other furnishing projects
Requirements:

Diploma or above qualification or equivalent experience in business administration or a related disciplines
-
At least 1 years relevant working experience preferable
-
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
-
Work independently, well-organized, able to work under pressure and multi-tasks
-
Fresh graduate will also be considered

Immediate available is preferred
