Pick was founded in 1869 by Mark Pick as a family business in Szeged in the south of Hungary which is now one of the Hungary’s leading meat processors. Pick Mangalica pig is a true national heritage of Hungary. This unusual looking pig is also referred to the 'wooly pig' due to its thick coat of wooly hair. The incomparable taste and richness in unsaturated fat are highly appreciated as well as the refreshing aftertaste.
